This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions relating to the use of the Website. By using this site and purchasing products from Essences Zen, the customer agrees to all of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If the client does not consent to this agreement, he must refrain from using the Essences Zen website.
 
Order :
 
Before submitting an order for the purchase of products on the Essences Zen website, the customer must confirm the products chosen, the quantity to be ordered, the unit price as well as all applicable costs, including delivery costs and applicable taxes. The transmission of an order by a customer to Essences Zen constitutes an offer and in no way binds Essences Zen. Essences Zen will confirm its acceptance of the order by email sent to the customer, if applicable. The customer cannot cancel his order after receipt of the confirmation email sent by Essences Zen.
 
Essences Zen reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason whatsoever or to limit the quantity of products ordered. If necessary, an email to this effect will be sent to the customer.

Zen Essences Inc. provides no warranty as to the effects of its products. All information available on the Website is intended for personal use by customers of Essences Zen and is intended solely for the general information of customers. In the event of any unusual reaction or pain, the customer should immediately discontinue use of the product and contact a healthcare practitioner. The customer is responsible for using the product in accordance with the instructions of Essences Zen.
The customer also acknowledges having read the ingredients used in the composition of the product used and having ensured that the use of such products is not advised against him given his personal health situation.
 
Delivery :
 
Essences Zen offers free delivery in Quebec with all orders of $75 or more before taxes. For all orders under $75, delivery charges are $12 plus tax.
 
Essences Zen products are only available to Quebec residents. No delivery will be made outside this territory. By using our website, the customer certifies that he is domiciled in Quebec.
 
The delivery time can vary from 1 to 5 working days, depending on the processing of the order. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer when the order is shipped, which will include a tracking number allowing the customer to track the order.
 
All orders are sent by Canada Post, working days only.
 
Essences Zen does not guarantee the delivery time and cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery.
 
Payment :
 
Essences Zen mandates a third party to manage the payment of customer orders placed on its website. As such, the client is responsible for verifying the terms and policies of the subcontractor. By placing an order on the Essences Zen website, the customer consents to the terms and policies of the subcontractor performing payment management. To this end, Essences Zen disclaims any liability that may arise directly or indirectly from payment.
 
Essences Zen does not retain any customer payment information, such as credit card number.
