Earl gray - 50g

A classic. This black tea from India with its subtle touch of citrus must be one of our favourites. With a little sweetness in the middle of the afternoon, we can imagine ourselves back in 19th century England! Did you know that this tea owes its name to Count Gray (whose translation in English isEarl Grey). A Chinese servant working for the Gray family would have had the idea to enhance the taste of tea by dipping a slice of bergamot in it before serving it to the Gray family. This is how Earl Gray tea was born! We never get tired of it...
